John Deere 130G Features
Engine
The EPA FT4/EU Stage IV engine uses cooled exhaust gas recirculation (EGR), a diesel particulate filter, and a diesel oxidation catalyst to minimise particulates and NOX, according to field testing.
The diesel particulate filter’s (DPF) ash-service intervals are condition-based, and the machine will alert the operator when maintenance is necessary.
A highly effective heavy-duty cooling system keeps things cool, even in harsh situations or at high altitudes. Suction-type fan with a cool-on-demand function lessens material buildup and maintenance.
Controls
Short-throw pilot levers that are ergonomically sound offer smooth, accurate fingertip control with less movement and effort. An optional sliding switch offers proportional speed control.
For more digging force, press the power-boost button on the right joystick. Boom-up/lifting functions also immediately engage a power boost.
Productivity
You have three productivity modes to select the best digging technique for the task:
- More power and a quicker hydraulic reaction are delivered by high productivity to move more material.
- For everyday use, power offers a blend of strength, speed, and fuel efficiency.
- The economy lowers the top speed and contributes to fuel efficiency.
Serviceability
A large tinted overhead hatch, several mirrors, a vast expanse of front and side glass, and narrow front cab posts all contribute to a nearly unrestricted all-around view.
Visibility
Wide-open access to service goods is made possible by large hinged doors. For enhanced convenience, lube banks, filters, and checkpoints are bundled.
