For ATR flights, the dimensions should not exceed 115 centimeters (56 x 35 x 20 cm) or 43 linear inches (22 x 13 x 8 in), including handles and wheels.
Make sure your carry-on can fit either in the overhead bin or under the seat in front of you.
Remember that a purse, jacket, umbrella, diaper bag, and assistive devices (such as wheelchairs, walkers, crutches, strollers, child restraint seats, etc.) do not count towards your carry-on allowance.
Cebu Pacific checked baggage / hold luggage policy
Passengers who purchase the 20kg or 32kg CEB Prepaid Baggage option can bring only one (1) piece of checked baggage. They have the option to select up to any two (2) of these weight options, allowing a maximum of 2 pieces of baggage with a combined weight of 64kg.
Prepaid Baggage Allowances can be conveniently purchased online, through the call center, or at sales offices. The options available are as follows:
- Up to 1 hour before the scheduled departure time:
- Standard: Allows for up to 2 pieces of checked baggage with a total weight of 20 kg.
- Up to 4 hours before the scheduled departure time:
- Large: Allows for up to 3 pieces of checked baggage with a total weight of 32 kg.
- Extra Large: Allows for up to 4 pieces of checked baggage with a total weight of 40 kg.
Each checked baggage piece must not exceed a maximum weight of 32kg and should not contain fragile or valuable items.
Any excess in the number of pieces, weight, or size (baggage exceeding 39 inches) will be subject to the existing Extra Bag Fee, Excess Baggage Fee, and/or Oversized Baggage Fee, respectively.

Cebu Pacific’s excess baggage fees are as follows:
For domestic flights, the excess baggage fee is approximately 800 PHP per oversized baggage, payable at the time of check-in
For international flights, the excess baggage rate per kilogram is 250 PHP for domestic flights and 550 PHP or USD 10-15 per kilogram for international flights except for Australia and Dubai
In travel to Dubai or Australia, the excess baggage rate is 1200 PHP or AUD$45 or AED100 per kilogram
Any piece of luggage exceeding in size, piece, and weight (considered Cebu Pacific Extra Baggage) is subject to the existing Oversized Baggage Fee, Extra Bag Fee, and Excess Baggage Fee, respectively
As of February 1, 2020, any item of luggage exceeding 39 inches on any one side is considered oversized baggage
