Activate a Credit One Bank Card: Did you recently renew your credit card? If you answered yes, Credit One Bank will send you a new card. You must activate the card as soon as you receive it in the mail.
This is one way Credit One Bank can verify that you received the card in the mail. This will allow you to protect the card from being stolen or lost.
Credit One Bank cards must be activated within 14 days of receiving them. You may not be allowed to use the card for purchases and payments.

You may need additional information to activate your credit card if you try to activate it using a different number. Credit One Bank will not be able to verify your identity if you try to activate the credit card using a different number. They will activate your card only if they know who you are.
You can either speak to a sales representative or a pre-programmed computer during the phone call. You will need to give some information, regardless of which method you choose. This includes your birth date, social security number, and CVV number. You can also enter the information if you’re talking to a machine on the opposite side by using the keypad of your phone.

Log in with your username and password if you already have an online account. If you do not have an existing online account, you will need to create one.
First things first, head over to www.creditonebank.com, and on the homepage, click “Set Up Online Account Access.” Here you will be presented with a form where you will fill in the required details. You will need to fill out the following details:
- Your full name
- Credit Card Number
- Social Security Number
- Signature Panel Code
After you have completed all details, click “Continue”. Once you have activated your online access account click “Continue”. Now go to the login section to enter your username & password. It’s as simple as that.
